The First Week; Always The Hardest.

It's 12am and officially day 5 of my 18+ week trek on Optifast.  This is the hardest weekend ever because when I'm at work, I never had time to think about how hungry I am because I was too busy.

All day yesterday, Saturday, February 8th, I slept.  A lot.  I didn't know how to get through the day.  Not only that, but I'm exhausted.  I've started working overtime at work and it's just draining.  I have to remember to eat (or should I say drink) every 2 hours and sometimes I forget.  Yesterday, I slept so much that I messed it up for sure, doubling up meals just to make up for it.

I'm almost to my first weigh in on Tuesday and really hope that the 2nd week will be easier on me.  Hoping for a decent weight loss this week.
