I'M BACK, KINDA :D

Heeeeey!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with those you love, I sure did!

My break from blogging has been nothing short of fantastic.  I think after so much work here [work that I love, don't get me wrong] I was happy to invite the vacation and break...I so needed it!  I may be in and out for another week as I'll be enjoying my husband home from work and the kids home from school.  This week has flown by and I'm enjoying time with them.  One more week and then back to work and school for everyone. 

Anyhow, on to some other 'business'....

I'M OLDER

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!

Today I turn 34.  I haven't really been thinking about it or even anticipating it, but the day is here and I'm another year older.  One day before a new year, I have found some time to reflect on 2012 and I must say, it was one hell of a roller coaster.  I had to deal with settling my workers compensation case [more on that another time] and trying to figure out what I'm going to do with my life, work like in general.  I still am not sure, but all I can hope for is that this new year I'll have happy and healthy kids, a happy and healthy husband and for me, well, the same and that I can find a job that I'm happy at...minus the pain I haven't learned to live with well enough yet.  I'm working on it.

One thing is for sure.  I love this blog. I love being a blogger.  I have a long time friend to thank for introducing me to this world that I welcome with open arms, a world that I belong in and wonder why I hadn't tried to find it sooner.  I'm happy to have come into contact with all of you.  I feel blessed!
